Our
Projects
Optimized Genomics is committed to advancing regenerative, research-driven solutions across healthcare, energy, agriculture, and industrial innovation. Our projects are rooted in rigorous research, and we actively foster partnerships with private industry leaders and academic research institutions. We aim to deliver impactful, renewable solutions that enhance resilience, security, and sustainability across critical sectors.
Molecular Therapeutics
Our research partnership with Florida State University College of Medicine and School of Biosciences addresses chronic disease management from a mechanistic, root-cause perspective. Chronic diseases currently drive over 90% of the $4.1 trillion in annual U.S. healthcare costs, with conventional pharmaceuticals often focusing on symptom relief rather than resolving the underlying causes. OG’s collaboration with FSU aims to change this paradigm with our novel, regenerative molecular therapeutics, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional treatments for pain, anxiety, and hypertension. With a proprietary approach incorporating cutting-edge genetic data, OG is crafting precision-targeted solutions that bypass common challenges such as off-target effects and addiction. The first product to be deployed in our development pipeline is anticipated as early as 2025, and is a revolutionary non-opioid pain management compound, which will be followed by alternatives for anxiety and blood pressure management.
Advanced Materials Applications
We are currently focused on pioneering sustainable, high-impact materials for energy, defense, and industrial applications. We heave developed biofuel-based nitrocellulose for secure, domestic sources of ammunition and explosive materials, enhancing resilience within the U.S. defense supply chain. Additionally, we’re advancing hard carbon anode technology for reliable, high-performance energy storage in lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, critical to the electrification of military and renewable energy systems. This project harnesses renewable biofuel sources to create regenerative, durable materials that reduce dependence on foreign supply chains and support national security and energy goals.
